We are deeply committed to praying for our church, our community, and our world. We believe that prayer changes things and that prayer changes us! Over the years, we have seen God move in our church because of committed and focused prayer.

SATURDAY NIGHT PRAYER

Saturday Night Prayer is our weekly informal time of corporate prayer that takes place at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Time is spent praying individually, we come together for a short time of encouragement and prayer, and then we pray for people who will come to Cornerstone the following morning and that God will move in services.

Prayer Vigils

Every third Friday, we meet in the sanctuary from 7-10pm for a time of prayer and worship. 

Bowie Prayer Walk

Every Sunday from April 28 through October 6, 2013, all are invited to join the prayer walk. Click here for the schedule and start locations. 

Wednesday Morning Intercessory Prayer

Every Wed. morning at 10am, intercessors pray for needs in our church in Room L101.

“Master, I confess that in many ways, I have been held captive to the routine dynamics of my life. Forgive me Lord. I want my walk with You to be genuine.  I want You to live in every area of my life: in my thoughts, in my love, in my dreams and in my deeds. Jesus I know that I can be and do anything you want me to be. Lord I am hungry for your presence. Amen”
