Every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. we offer classes that will allow people to grow in the Lord in both spiritual and practical ways. On average, five classes are regularly offered covering a wide range of topics and interests; this is why we call the entire discipleship offereings here at Cornerstone “Life Pathways”. These six-week sessions will aid each person in their walk with the Lord and will help to strenghten them in order to fulfill God’s purpose for their life. Our mission statement at Cornerstone speaks of “Growing in Him”; going deeper with God is a choice that every person has to make. Life Pathways offers a great avenue in which you can be encouraged by other people who, like you, are endeavoring to live out their lives in a way that pleases God and affects others with His love and grace.

Revival (L103)

In an age where values are questioned and quality is being replaced by quantity, there is an ever-growing need for a revival of morals and beliefs from a more stable time. The call to awakening is upon us. Will you answer?

 

Anger: The Misunderstood Emotion (Fireside Room)

 Have you ever heard the words, “the good, the bad and the ugly?” That is where we are headed in this study. Topics are: good, bad and ugly anger; the four main emotions that precede anger; you don’t lose your temper, use your temper; three rules for anger management; apologies, no apology is better than a bad apology; settling the score without winning or losing.

 

Jaded (L108)

The lure of bitterness and cynicism can creep in and take over when life doesn’t turn out the way it’s “supposed to.” Learn how to process past pain, and receive healing and hope from being caught inside the cycle of cynicism.

 

Christ in Controversy (L105)

 The Theory of Evolution deeply affects your world. Your children’s school may teach it. To many, these theories may discredit the need for faith in Christ. Join us at Wednesday’s “Christ in Controversy” class to learn and have engaging discussions about Creationsim verus Evolutionism.

 

Dust to Glory (L110)

 Dust to Glory will provide a panorama of biblical truth and a startling point to help you understand the content of the Bible. Energize your study of the Bible, get new insights and improve your ability to read, understand and apply Scripture to your life.
